Shipping and payment terms

1. Payment Options

1.1. You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries within Germany and the countries of the European Union, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:

- Prepayment by bank transfer

If you select the payment method "payment in advance", we will send you our bank details in the order confirmation.

Shipping will be initiated after receipt of payment.

-Paypal
If you choose the payment method PayPal, the payment is made via the online payment system. Prerequisite for this payment method is the registration with PayPal. You must first identify yourself with your personal PayPal access data and then you can make the payment to us as the order process progresses.

- Payment by credit card with the payment provider of this website

2. Delivery

2.1. Your order will be shipped via GLS

2.2. We ship to the following countries: Germany, all countries of the European Union and worldwide.

2.3. no shipping to packing stations or post boxes.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. We do not charge shipping costs for shipping within Germany.

3.2. In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.

4. Delivery times

4.1 The delivery time is 1-4 working days within Germany. There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If, exceptionally, an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be pointed out separately on the respective product page. The items in our Linoyfino collection are made for you personally after you have placed your order, so the delivery time can be a little longer. You will be informed of the expected delivery date when you place your order.

4.2 For shipping in the European Union, the delivery time is approximately 7 - 10 working days. There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If, exceptionally, an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be pointed out separately on the respective product page. The items in our Linoyfino collection are made for you personally after you have placed your order, so the delivery time can be a little longer. You will be informed of the expected delivery date when you place your order.

4.3. Shipping costs are calculated for worldwide shipping.

The delivery time worldwide can be up to 20 working days. Shipping costs, depending on the world zone and may include shipping costs

up to €102.

Parcels up to 5 kg up to €46.99, parcels up to 10 kg up to €63, parcels up to 20 kg up to €102 depending on the world zone.

If you order several items from us in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.

4.4 Information on the calculation of the delivery date.

The deadline for the delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next business day.
